Good for you money is no object cuz for most of us that is the biggest challenge. So lets try to answer your question

ok beats, lyrics, full compositions what? looking to become an artist, producer, songwriter, publisher, manager, publicist, what exactly is it you wanna do in the hip hop/rap field. Lastly, do you have talent cuz bro no matter how much money you have if you don't have talent you ain' t gonna make it. The music industry and popularity is not something you can buy examples:

Both have the cake and the connections to get a record deal, but their talent is minimal so the end result is they don't sell records. One thing especially about this genre of music is if you don't have underground support coming up you will get washed away in the mainstream.
