schmee is on a distinguished road
I want to run my Shure BG 3.1 to my Tascam Porta 02. I am new at this, and just started tracking my tunes. I understand that I can simply use the $11.99 Radio Shack adapter and turn up the Mic input level, however I like the looks of the Behringer MX602A, for more polish at mixdown and transformer. What DI's exist that take XLR low impedance, and step up to high impedance 1/4"? It seems as though most go from high to low for instrument purposes. Thanks!

I wanted to check out a Behringer 602A and I was told that they weren't available in the USA!!! Europe only!!! Luckily I dug deeper into the mixer equation and found out that I needed an Alesis 12R to record to (8) multiple lines out. The little Behringers only have 2 lines out... And I was ready to buy one of those little goofy bastards...
