Exclamation Volume!!!

Hi All,
When I want to record a new track I plug in all my gear and press record and off I go. When I want to record my second track, I can hear the first track but the current track(tr 2) is much louder and I don't know how to turn the volume lower. It seems I can only access the volume slider after I record the track. I would like to do it before I hit the record button.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Bill

You can create a new blank audio track (Right-click on workspace and select "add blank audio track")

Clicking on the ">>" button on the left will bring up the mixer strip for just that channel.

Then you can click on the red "R" button at the left to ready it for recording.
