Controller Problem/Question?

Okay, enough is enough...I want an answer! (Just kidding - though I would like an answer). Here is the prolem. I have the native Instruments B4 program. Probably one of th emost important real time playing functions is the speed adjustment for the "Leslie" rotary speaker effect. The various settings on the B4 sound great but i cannot get the modulattion wheel on either of my keyboards to contorl the rotary speed effect switch. The B4 manual ways that the on off is CC# 68, however, the spped effect is CC#1 (same as the standard modulation wheel CC#). I have treid every setteing I can devise with no luck. For a controller I can use either a Korg Karma or a Kawai MP9000. Both insturments have "modulation" wheels and adjustable controller numbers. Can anybody help. I have tried to contact Native Instruments to no avail as of yet. And this, BTW, really burns me. Just as an aside, why is it that the sales part of the web sight is so easily accesible but the help part, the support part, is not so easily accesible. I doubt this is accidenta. I understand that without sales there would be no company and no support but, at least make the support as readily available as the sales information.
