Who are some the best promoting companies in the industry to put you out there and won't charge you an arm and a leg?

I heard of this company RCI Music Promotions and also Indeigo..anyone ever heard of these companies?

I was thinking the same thing as you a while back and really had a hard time finding references. I still haven't figured out if these promotion companies are worth the effort. Since it is not clear, I am avoiding them until there is some track record.

You know darn well that if one of them produced an act that turned out to be really big, they would be riding this in their advertising.

Just my humble thoughts.
