more D80 light pipe questions

i am trying to load tracks recorded on my D80 into my computer, specifically Acid 3. the problem is i dont have a manual for the D80 and i am not at all familiar with SPDIF. what is the sequence? what do i do? haha seems like a silly question, but i have no idea! thanks, matt
