Bass Amp/Cabinet Simulator Plugin?

I've got a few amp/cabinet simulators for guitar I use (Cakewalk FX2, ReValver) but was wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that is used specifically for bass guitar? Would love to be able to model different bass rigs (Hartke, Trace, SWR, GK) off of a clean signal. Any suggestions for plugins would be appreciated.

Aren't those both hardware (standalone) units, or are they actual software plugins?
