Nasty Nasty

Hey guy, im running sonar xl, with a behringer stereo compressor, and a digtal mixer..condensor mic, drum mics, and that good stuff. Anyways my problem is, when mixing the final result, i have this nasty distorted click or pop type thing occasionally when everything is in, but if i mute any one track out it usually doesnt distort. but all the tracks are vital. what the hell is going on???
