VSTi-adaptor

hey, i found a vst vocoder plug-in, and i run SONAR. the place i found it says you need a VSTi-adaptor, probably to run vst effects through direct x or wahtever. but does anyone know where to find this 'adaptor'?

There are several on this page. Some, however, will only do VST plug-ins, while others will do both plug-ins and instruments.
