Where da BASS at?

I do hip hop beats and am tired of laying the bass line down manually with a keyboard, i have midi stuff(2x2 midiman, cables and pro audio 9) but do not know the easiest way to get a preformatted bass line that can be just added easy. If anyone has an EASY way to do this please let me know?

You could just do a sequence of the bass pattern you (maybe 4 bars) and then just cut and paste... Unless you are looking for samples, then maybe someone else can help you with that. You might want to try the hip hop forum on this bbs...
