N-Track tempo map?

I'm debating buying n-track...I have been playing with the demo version...and so far I really like the it...one problem...

When attempting to create a tempo map the main song clock is in minutes and seconds and the tempo changing dialogue box needs the settings in measures:beats:ticks...

Is there any way to either set the main clock to the same time format or is this one of the failings of the app?

I feel like an idiot...am I missing something? Is there any easier way to do this?
