EQ/Mixing practice - please critique

http://216.147.39.241/audio/amazing.mp3 (this one should be quite fast)

Vocals and harmonica got waxed b/c they sounded like crap. No effects have been added at all - I just really want to get some good practice at EQ/Mixing. I think this sounds pretty damned good myself, but I'm sure more trained ears can smack it around, which is what I'm looking for.

Recorded on Korg D1600.
Kick- AT Pro 25
Snare - 57
Overhead - C1000S
Bass - Direct
Elect Guit - just one 57, copied the track and panned each hard
Acoustic Guit - AT 4033 and C1000S through ART Dual MP. Rev phase on the AT.
Tambourine - Behringer ECM8000
