Angry Sonar End of Song Silence

Hey anyone who can help out there!

I'm having dificulty removing what appears to be silence at the end of my multitrack song. I have utilized volume and pan envelopes and have deleted any nodes existing outside of the audio. For some reason when I mix down to a .wav or .mp3 I get an extra minute or so of silence at the end of my song.

Anyone Please?

Thanks,

Rob

Do you have the extra time of silence when playing in multitrack form? It sounds to me like you have some dead space recorded into one or more of your tracks. Delete the end of your tracks after where ever your recording stops.

Bring your two track up in the wave editor, leave about two seconds past the point where the music ends, split the track and delete the silence to the right.

Track Rat Has got it

Mix it down to one stereo track in cake walk. Then split and delete the extra at either end of the song. Slide the remainder to the left and you should have it.
Oh YA make sure the messure marker (for lack of a better term) at the top of the screen is not highlighted past the end of the song when you export to wave file. I have had the same problem with that.
