VS 880 ex guides (not written by Roland)

Does anyone know of any good guides/sites on using the Roland 880ex?

The Roland Manuals are rubbish and although I thought i knew a fair bit about recording, the digital side is different and am finding it hard to record (and hear back) a basic drum track.

I know many people have problems with manuals and am sure there are better places to learn this than from the manufacturer.
