Annoying sound when recording..

Alright I just got done recording, but when its quiet an annoying sound lingers among the track. At the beginning, theres a buzz, im recording from the 788 into Sound forge? This is my first recording onto the computer so it won't be that great, but any suggestions would be great! Heres the link

Get the demo of Cool Edit from download.cnet.com, it's their feature right now so it's not hard at all to find it. Find a silent part of the song and select it. Then go into the noise reduction feature of it and have it analyze it. Then hit OK and no more noise!
