N-Track Messing Up!

Ive used ntrack with my 2 SM57's and behringer mixer for a while and everything has been fine, until today. Im recording a cover of a song and have the cd version on track 1, and then use that to monitor while the rest of the instruments are recorded. Each track recorded has the orginal track mixed in with it! This has never happened before, did I mess up an option or connection this time around? This is really annoying because I have no clue what I did wrong today. -Nate
