pro9 inatallation

HI folks I got another question

I have just installed a new hard drive 40Gb one primary partition (C: 8Gh) and one logical at (D:32Gh). The OP System XP is in the C: drive
Question.... WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO INSTALLl Cak Pro9 0N THIS DRIVE (For effeciency)
the drive will be used mostly for music MIDI and AUdio recordings and storaage "except for MS Office in the C: drive".
any suggestions
