vf08 bounce mode

Just got a vfo8 and can't see from the manual if it's possible to bounce tracks to any tracks beside 7 and 8. example- 1,2 ,3, and 4 to 5 and 6.

Second question: Can you bounce 7 and 8 back to say 1 and 2?

I'm real new at this so any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.
