Speaker Wire

I am looking for someone that might know how to connect a speaker wire to a 1/4" plug. I know how to solder it and all, I just don't know if the positive end should go to the tip or the sleeve of the plug. Anyone know?

That's how I would hook it up...but it doesn't really matter as long as all your speakers are wired the same way.
