Help describe Slim

I'm trying to come up with the best way to very briefly describe my music, a way that will make people curious to listen to it. It is not necessary that you listen to my stuff in order to give me advice about this, in fact, it might be better if you don't! You should know at least that this is for a solo acoustic act, guitar, harmonica, vocals; playing original songs, blues, and arrangements of rock, pop, folk-rock and country-rock songs, sometimes with a jazz or Caribbean influence.

Some possibilities so far:

singer-songwriter and bluesman

alternative folk

blues-ravaged folk

blues-infused folk

song deconstruction

somewhere between Elvis Costello and Leon Redbone

solo acoustic act, guitar, harmonica, vocals; playing original songs, blues, and arrangements of rock, pop, folk-rock and country-rock songs, sometimes with a jazz or Caribbean influence

I also try to describe my lyrics. Same question, what sounds interesting:

stories we tell ourselves

ironies of life

the TRUTH

what's not the truth

turn things inside out

Thanks. If you do want to listen, go to www.artistlaunch.com/LarryKolker

Thanks!!!
