What's up guys...hope this is not considered way off topic. Not exactly rack stuff but...

Mackie 8 bus VS. Amek Tac Scorpion

Anybody have any knowledge or experiences with these? How comparable are the pres, eqs, or noise?

Anything at all would be appreciated! I was going to get an 8 bus but a possibility to acquire a Tac came up and I'd like to know if it's a step up or not.

No contest. The Scorpion smokes the Mackie. The Mackie ain't bad, don't get me wrong, but the Scorp is in a different league. Just my humble opinion.
