I can't record enable a track tyo record! Help

Hello. I got a cubase vst/32 recording program and worked it effectively. It has been a ferw months since I have messed with it and now I am having problems with it. If any of you could help PLEASE do because I am bored and would like to screw around on my comp and can't record till I get this problem fixed. Allright when I click the record button it says that I must enable the track. So I go click on enable but it won't let me it is just like, well not a button. If possibly instant message me so maybe we could get this figured out. Bo

never mind. I got it. I just hadn't been saving it in the right place for some reason. Quite stupid if you ask me. Thanks though Bo
