Anyone catch this on PBS last night? Lots of really fine guitars and great pickin'. A really good show marred only by the attitude and peformances of Kid Rock and Live. Fuckin' little snots! I guess the editor fell asleep in the cutting room.

missed the show..i'll bet it was good...

I drove freaking 3 hours once so my wife sould see live...we won tickets in a radio contest...

OMFG!! we both left after the third song...they we're horrible...and i actually liked some of their recordings before that...

Saw it. Loved it.

Wish they could have given more time to Jerry Lee Lewis. He's probably the most under-rated racehorse to come from the Sun stable. He's actually much deeper than the piano pounding antics he became famous for.

It was a great show ---all but the last part with LIVE and Kid Rock.
They had no business being on there. These guys said flat out in the interviews that "we aren't dirrectly influenced by Sun Records artist......" Fucking BULLSHIT producers could have found many, many other new bands and young artists that are still influenced by the SUN SOUND forties years latter. But once again the record lables (Atlantic) get thier hands on something sacreed and fuck it up.

Hmmm didn't see the show, but saw Live a few months ago opening for Janes Addiction, they played a good set.
