What's the Difference?

I am looking to buy Cubase for use with a Layla24 soundcard. I was on the website and was a bit confused. What's the difference between these 3 versions:

Cubase VST 5.1/32PC
Cubase VST 5.1PC
VST Edition


I am looking for something that'll work good with my card. I will be using a PC and sampling would definitely be important, although I don't want that to be the deciding factor (I'll be doing live recordings, MIDI, and samples, I just want to leave my options open).

What would you guys recommend I go with?

hi Ashura...CuBase VST/32 5.1 is the one to get--it can record 32bit, comes with all the extras you'll ever need--check the steinberg site for the details...
