Hip Hop Producer

I am a producer and i have been making beats for a while
now. My question is how do i get my music heard by major
recording label and possible sell some beats. who do i
talk to, who do i see and how do i go about doing it.
i don't have a manager so i would be on my own. Do i
bring alot of music on DAT or not. Any answer would help.
