Budget Home recording setup advice?

ok,i need a little advice on equipment and setup of a budget bedroom studio. Here is what i currently have:
PentiumII,350mmx,64megs ram,10gig HD
Sound Blaster128 PCI

Mesa triple recto,marshal Jcm800 cab
line 6 mm-4,misc.boss boxes
Strat+,Les Paul std.
Samson s1 ,sennheiser e825s mics
Korg X-3 workstation

I am basically looking to record decent quality demos-live guitars with backing instruments via the korg x-3(bass,drums,synth)I know that i am going to need some basic equipment,I have around $250 for my next purchase, so what would be the ideal setup that you recommend? What sould i purchase first?6-8 channel mixer?mic preamp?better sound card?i am looking to gradually upgrade but need a basic setup that does the trick for now.

My advice is to get a decent sound card like the Echo Mia or M-Audio Audiophile--both around $200--both a big step up from the blaster.

A decent sound card is the first thing I bought when I started using my computer to record.
