Problem needs solving...peep!

Okay! I figured the problem to this thread so it still remains below but no help is needed.

I realized the end result of this task comes out worse than what I started with in every way always, soin conclusion it sucks, thanks! I can work around it though.

okay, I got this beautifull sample looped and I'm just overwhelmed with how much I like it, but There's a scratch or something on this one small part, sounds like radio interference, static sorta...I tried all the noise/click and pop removers etc, and they're not helping I don't mind listening to music with stuff like this either, but for some reason I can't block it out, the sound seems to echo in my head and even worse i can't help but just anticipate the scratch the whole way through the loop until it distorts and then back again to the anticipation. It really pisses me off, I'm a perfectionist ya'll, i can't change...

I just realized that the sound is only heard in the right ear...So question is, how or with what plug-in, description or anything do I move the right channel/pan the right ear out and in???

Sort of like a fade in/fade out on the right ear?

I'm mixing in headphones so I can completely notice it's only in this ear. The right side has some nice instruments that I want to keep in as much as I can without the scratch. So I need to edit the right ear also either with the left side or something to disquise the fact I edited a peice out the rigth ear.

I've moved to wavelabs, I had to do it for the audio montage, This is everything I ever dreamed of and I half to say I have no regrets at all...besides that I sorta liked the looks and feel for soundforge more, but i guess I just have to get used to the new.
So if anyone can explain easier if they know I use wavelab, go for it. I'd really appreciate the advise as soon as possible...
