Buffers

Hey everyone.
Trying to record in 24/96 mode for the first time and noticing I can't get very far before Cakewalk freezes up - both on recording and playback. I'm thinking the buffers need to be reset (no problems for 16/44.1). Any advice on what I should be setting them to? I'm like a babe in the woods when it comes to this stuff.
Thanks,
steve

Cool Latency

Audio options...
Do a wave profile... take the buffer slider all the way to the right.
This will slow you playback where you will see your clock stutter.
Sometimes it will catch up and make the playback stutter.
Save, shut down CW and restart the program...
