st 24/96 audio card opinions please

I`m thinking of buying an st 24/96 audio card from a guy who is up grading,this card came with his vst 3.7r2 studio pack, my question is ,for an inexpensive sound card will this be feasable.I`ll be using it mostly to do some sequenceing/ editing with my vs1680 and cakewalk. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Al
