Sized clips ? - Home Recording

Sized clips ?

Please somebody help me to understand how can I make midi clips being automaticly
adjusted to mesure borders ? It seems Sonar
makes it in size of first and last event inside, so I have to resize clips right after recording to fit in mesures. Is there some workarounds?
