Autoquantize ?????

Hi Everybody,
I`m new to Sonar, so the question is:
is there some "autoquantize" or "input quantize" function in
Sonar/Cakewalk ?
And how could I automate quantization process with some remote
( keyboard? midi? ) It drives me crazy to move mouse after every
midi record I made.
