Convert .S3M to .MID

Peeps,

Does anyone know of a (preferrably shareware) software tool to convert the S3M (Scream Tracker 3 Module) note patterns to .MID? I'm not interested in retrieving the samples from the S3M, just the notes.

Reason I'm asking is this: years ago I wrote a number of songs using Scream Tracker, and now that I have some recording stuff, I want to re-record those songs, using a real bass guitar, guitar and drums instead of samples. But I need the original music as a strong guideline.

I have extensively searched the 'net, but found nothing. I believe Awave can do it, but I'd have to buy the full version. Only for a handful of conversions.
