Assistance- anyone- please

ive had cooledit for about a month or so. Finding it difficult to create my own loops, beats whatever you want to call them. I know it sounds cheeky, but just wondering if anyone wil listen to what ive done so far, so they can see where i want to go- and maybe give me some friendly advise. Thanks all.
