istyle is on a distinguished road
why can't cubase import audio into it with precision like cakewalk?

in cakewalk it's easy to copy or import any audio into any where at locator marker and it's there with neat precision
but in cubase though i set locator precisely
,copy or importing audio into its locator doesn't put it right ,i have to spend time moving it a little right, lil left...painstakingly
am i doing it right?
is there other way?
thnx

i've found that setting the left spacer at the point (if it's supposed to be on bar start) and presing stop while the tracer is to the right, works. But it's annoying, yeah. Same thing with controllers. When you copy and paste you have to move around with the tracer forever.

And that such a small thing like freedraw of controllers are excluded really freaks me out. What are those weirdoes thinking?
