cool edit pro .ses to sonar?

i've been using cool edit pro for a while and am just getting into midi stuff. since CEP doesn't support midi, i was looking into Sonar, but before i spend $500, i'd like to know if i can import my .ses files. Are any of you familiar with this? I've also posted this in the cakewalk forum...

A session file (.ses) can only be read in Cool Edit and currently can't be read in any other programs.
