Tempo Signature Change

Hi!

I want to program loops and i found fruity loops really great for what i want. My problem is that i want to make tempo signature change, like changing from 6/8 to 3/4 and again to 6/8 and later to 4/4.

Can i do that on Fruity Loops?

If not, which software can i use to do that?
