Finale to Tascam 788?

Eek! Hey, y'all. I've been asking around these great electronic halls of education for some much-needed help. I'm trying to get compositions that I've done on Finale (such as drum and keyboard sequences) to go down as recorded tracks on my Tascam 788. I've run an assault right up the gamult of the instruction manuals, but no recognizable spoils did I there find. Clueless in MIDI land! Help, please, thou seasoned veterans!
