Unhappy CD Architect XP substitute

I upgraded my burner after the old one crapped out only to find that CD Architect XP doesn`t support my burner. I downloaded the latest version but it still doesn`t support my new burner. The two things I like best about CDA is the ability to assign track #`s to different songs in a long wave file (like a live recording), and the ability to make a couple of mouse clicks and adjust relative volumes between tracks and audition them to see how the tracks lay together. Anybody have a good inexpensive solution for alternate software?

I can only suggest Wavelab....but I don't personally use it, as I am a CD arch. fanatic myself. I only hope that the new[er] Plextor drives will work, because I would hate the day I can't use CD arch anymore, but I'll always use Plextors.
