Avlex/Superlux Drum Mics?

Anyone using these kits with their drums? I'm amazed that you can buy them new for less than $100 US for the KIT! I would love to know how they perform in a demo studio or live setting.

Do a search under superlux on vsplanet.com. One of the guys there (who seems to really know what he's talking about on a range of issues, and is a drummer) bought a superlux kit (the $200 one) and loves it.

I know it's not multiple comparitive reviews from people you know, but it's a start
