how do i get my stuff back

I bought a pair of m1 actives a little while ago. anyway, they worked for about a week and then one wouldn't power up for mysterious reasons. i called alesis and they told me to take it back to the store. i did but they didn't have anymore. they said they'd try to fix it but couldn't. that was about 2 months ago. they tell me they can't get anything to ship from alesis. this is really starting to piss me off. any suggestions.

Call Alesis back and explain what happened...they may be able to swap them for you.

Do you know Alesis got bought recently? They are still transitioning and have just moved (still in L.A.) so things are going to be sluggish for awhile....for example their computer system may not be up for about a week.
