so..how come no one is talking about the AT 3035??

they look nice...great reviews so far. I just am mic'd out at this point as my spring mic buying spree just kinda went bazerko...and I need a breath of air. I'd be interested in how they compare to the infamous C! or V67. Yeah..and electret...but so what?

Yeah, I read some good reviews on my latest recording magazine reading excursion to Barnes & Noble. I got pretty tired of seeing that damn buzzword, "warmth." BTW, I've heard that even the AT4033 and perhaps other mics in the 40 line are electret as well. IMO its not that big of a deal. Supposedly they have perfected the manufacturing process to the point that the capsules simply don't lose their charge, or at least they take great lengths of time to lose thier charge. Hopefully they've taken care of the trademark brittle sound, too...
