Had a listen. For starters, this type of music is not my cup of tea but I presume that's not what you want to hear about.

I think the vocals could have been brought out more - they were barely discernible in places. The guitars were very much in your face - but perhaps that was the intention. I do like the dynamics. Based on my inexperience with mixing (but my vast experience with simply listening), it does come across as a completed package.

Bring up the vocals and I'd guess it's a pretty good job in that musical genre.

psmith,

Thanks for the response. Yeah, I wanted the guitars loud and kinda hit you, but Im thinking it might be too much.

I really loved the atmospherics, which at times put me in mind of the movie soundtrack to masters of the universe or some sort of 80s sci-fi genre stuff (flash gordon?), especially the synthy build at the start and then throughout (a compliment I assure you!, ah the memories ). Vocals do need upped, but apart from that I can't fault much. I would be inclined to use a more trippy/syncopated drum beat, but then I always am! I don't know it would work in that kind of song.

Nice!

I hate it when I want to listen to a track and I have to sign up for something. I value my privacy so I did not listen. Sorry :-(
