Need install help!!!!! Emergency!!!

Is somebody on right now? Dragon, are you out there??? I really need help right now. I've just installed a new hard drive so I've got to install Home Studio 9 again but the install program won't let me past the window where you enter the serial number. It keeps telling me to enter the serial number even though I've already entered it. It's the correct number and everything. It can't be detecting the earlier installed copy because this is a totally different hard drive. I've got customers waiting on stuff. If someone can't get me past this, I'm going to have to go buy a brand new copy!! HELP!!!

schwa is on a distinguished road
there are two numbers...

There's a cd key and a serial number. the serial number is what you need to put in (its printed on the registration card). Enter that and you will be all set. If you only have the CD key, cake will tell you your serial number over the phone.

Talking Emergency

Well, I had the key and the serial number but apparently it wasn't the right serial number. I finally found the real one and everything installed just fine. Thanks for your help!
