Tape Inputs and Outputs

I have a system that has has the following on tape 1, DBX 400 Switch box with 3 cassette decks on tape 1, 2, reel to reel on 3.
Equalizer is on processor 1 with bass boost on processor 2.
I added second DBX 400 Switch box to tape 2 to gain more jacks,
and added 3 more decks.

Question I have a digital music source on aux on preamp. would the sound be available to tape 2 outputs. In other words if I put preamp to tape 2 could I rocord the aux sound. I know it is available through tape 1.

Also do you know of a input switch box with about 10 or 12 ins and outs?
