You will either have to go thru your joystick/parallel port (old midi connectors), or thru a midi box into your serial port or usb port (midiman type boxes)

Mutt, thankyou do you think the box to usb is a better way to go for 100$ or is there a cheap cable that goes to parallel port that would be easier?

Midi

Unless you have a complex setup, the simple joystick port should suffice.
Heres a link. There are other places that might be cheaper also.

well after a little time surfing i found the answer, the game port is indeed a 15 pin connection but i can also get adapters to go to serial or even usb and parellell ports! I am going to go for the midi y adapter to game port (15pin) thanks
