Question TrueTape Cubase VS Cakewalk

I would like to know if anyone knows the difference between Cubase VST32's 32 Bit TrueTape and Cakewalk's True Tape Audio FX which is supposed to be 32 Bit too. I have heard from some people that Cubase's works better. Any comments? Why doesn't Cakewalk make a big deal about there Tape Simulation like Cubase does? What instruments do you notice the difference more on? I am doing recording on a 20 Bit Midiman 2044 Card. Will the 32 Bit help? I heard someone taking audio into Cubase VST32 through only a 16 Bit ADAT and it sounded great. They said the 32 Bit TrueTape made a huge difference.
