I was just wondering if you were in the market to produce hip-hop and R & B with only enough money to purchase either the triton or the mpc 3000 which would you choose and why? Or would you get a rackmount and an mpc?

Granted, I am no fan of "Hip Hop" but it seems to me that a Triton would be a waste of hardware for that genre.

Why the mpc 3000? It seems to me that the MPC 2000XL has all the features of a 3000, and more...
