Controll Room Mix Problem

i have a problem: my mixer (Allen & Heath 14:4:2) doesn't have a controll room out for my monitors. currently my monitors are connected to groups 3 and 4 and i have to send everything that i want in my main mix to those groups as well. the monitors (tannoy active reveals) do not have gain controls on them, and the tape out is running to my computer. so basicly i would like to be able to run my monitors off the main bus, but the signal is too hot (+4) for the monitors. right now i cannot use my aux returns because they have very limited sends to the groups. any suggestions??? thanks
