Spirit Folio FX8

Anyone here who's used this board, please tell me what you think of it. I've searched the bbs for it, but I've only found fleeting mentionings of it. (I guess that could mean that not many people have used it.)
Anyway this is the board that I've been looking at buying and I'd like to know the ups and downs of it from someone who's used it. The on board Lexicon effects are a big plus for me not to mention it being by Soundcraft.
It'll be used for basically the same thing that everyone around here uses a mixer for . . . recording to pc. I've only seen specs on it and seen pictures of it and, being like so many others, I can't audition it. So any info will be beneficial.
