.asf .wmv or .swf TO .wav

Seems like t'would be the simplest thing , bit how can we extract just the audio, in wave format, from an asf, wmv or swf file? Thanx.

No replies, but j.i.c. some one else becomes interested, Total Recorder will record audio while it's being played by another program. Don't know of any other appz that'll do this. Thanx anyway all.
